Mitski's new album NOTHING'S ABOUT TO HAPPEN TO ME finds Mitski immersing herself in a rich narrative whose main character is a reclusive woman in an unkempt house. Outside of her home, she is a deviant; inside of her home, she is free.

The album makes it way to store shelves on Friday, February 27th but before that happens come join us at Vinyl Valhalla while we open the door to that home -- Tansy House -- on FEBRUARY 21st. You are invited to the Tansy House Listening Event and we encourage you to bring your favorite pens, stickers and crafting supplies and settle in for an advance listen to the new album and some creative time with your thoughts and impressions of the music. Then put it all together for a community art project that may just be featured on the @mitskiverse
