The Ramones' song "Pet Sematary" was written for the 1989 Stephen King horror film of the same name and was released on their album Brain Drain. Despite mixed reactions, it became the band's biggest commercial hit. The song was a new track commissioned by King, who was a major fan of the band, and it plays over the movie's closing credits.
